Become a Master Trainer!

WHY BECOME A MASTER TRAINER?

Once you’ve become certified, Master Trainer status will give you the opportunity to train trainers in a 2-3 day Institute Trainings. You will also be more likely to be called on to do speaking events when MK is booked, and will be fully knowledgeable in talks you book yourself. The potential for income while helping others find their 95 is limitless!

COST:

The exciting news is that the following requirements are at NO COST to the trainer. They simply are an investment of time and focus. While we reserve the right to add to this list, these are the current qualifications for 8 to Great Master Trainers:

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Has observed for one weekend after their initial training weekend, then taught each of the High-Ways and the Power Pyramid to MK ‘s expectations (every line of the checklist covered) to live audiences. (Trainer must request permission from the office/training director to train one or two High-Ways prior to the event.) Live audiences may include the first day of any 8 to Great Institute Training.
  2. Has read five of the books below in addition to 8 to Great:
    • One on High-Way 1 (The Aladdin Factor or one by Mike Dooley or Esther & Jerry Hicks or The Magic of Thinking Big)
    • Any one book by Byron Katie (High-Way 3)
    • Freedom Writers book or film (High-Way 4)
    • Harville Hendrix’ Finding the Love You Want or Keeping the Love You Have (High-Way 5)
    • Any book on Forgiveness - your choice (High-Way 6)
    • How Full is Your Bucket (High-Way 7)
  3. Passes the exam on the material.
  4. Gives two free or paid talks with all evaluations completed and turned into MK/The Training Director.
  5. Has written one or more new activities for the classroom.
  6. Signs the Master Trainer agreement.

Completion of the above requirements will not automatically qualify you.

Living the High-Ways, through AD rather than BC focus, honest and assertive communication, high integrity, as well as a spirit of forgiveness and gratitude, will also be factors in MK’s decision to certify you as a Master Trainer.

Finally, Master Trainer status may be put on hold or revoked at any time for integrity issues or other serious concerns as determined by MK Mueller or the present CEO of Insight Inc.
